To conduct our Services, we use third party serviceproviders to provide Kura withnecessary services. You will be asked to consent to the transfer and continual transferof your personal information to those individual third-party services upon thefirst transfer of your personal information. You may revoke your consent totheir access to your personal information on our servers at any time. Data Retention and Deletion-

We will not retain data longer than is necessary to fulfillthe purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws orregulations.

We retain identifiable data, which is directly collectedfor purposes of providing our service to Customers or serving content toend-users, for twenty-four (24) months from the end-user’s last interaction with our Site or Service, after which time we will either de-identify the databy removing unique identifiers or aggregating the data or simply delete it.We may retain aggregated data, which cannot identify anindividual or device and is used for purposes of reporting and analysis, for aslong as commercially necessary.

Children-

The Site and/or Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 13 years of age.
